alpha-pack GmbH develops and supplies the matching packaging machines as well as weighing and filling systems. This enables us to look at packaging material and packaging technology as one integrated solution rather than as separate components.
If a material change requires technical adjustments, we can assess the processability of the new material on existing packaging equipment and provide support through material trials and the optimization of sealing properties or machine parameters where required.
Our goal is not to classify packaging solutions simply as “PPWR compliant”. Instead, we support companies in making a well-founded assessment of which packaging solution is suitable for their product and how existing stand-up pouches and Doypacks can be developed for future packaging requirements.
