Sleeve-Steam-Tunnels

Our stainless steel steam tunnels of the SST-1500 and SST-2500 line are exceedingly user- and maintenance-friendly, waterproof and easy to clean. They are applicable for the efficient shrinking of full-body shrink tapes on virtually any container type with practically any kind of shrink film material. The low-pressure steam drum evenly distributes the steam in the tunnel through the integrated tubular steel construction. In each section of the tunnel there are steam steel pipes which are adjustable in height as well as in steam output. Both, the tunnel body and the water collecting plate for condensation water are made of 304 stainless steel.

Steam Generator:

Our electric steam generators STG-24 and STG-36 consist of a high-pressure chamber filled with water and heated by electric underwater heaters. The machine additionally features automatic controls to maintain the set operating temperature and water level.

Safety features: automatic low water shutoff, dual pressure controls. safety valve and visible water level gauge.
